Niche Blueprint Support Is Very Responsive!
I am upgrading my software from Niche Blueprint V1 to V2. I’ve been having some issues with the new Niche Blueprint V2 software. No major deal. Just little things I’d like to fix! Anyway, the reason for this post is to tell my readers about their customer service. Every time I send in a ticket request for some issue, I get a response back usually within 2-3 hours! That’s pretty good, huh? Many of my questions don’t have anything to do with something wrong, I’m just a naturally curious person……
They always answer my questions and will help me until the issue is resolved or my questions have been answered. I’ve been a Niche Blueprint customer for over a year now and I can usually recognize the names of the techs I am dealing with. Sometimes Steve or Mike will answer themselves! No question or problem is too small!
If you haven’t decided to purchase NB2 yet, you should really consider it. It’s a must have product if you want to start your own e-commerce store. Customer service is always an important issue and I am extremely satisfied with Steve & Tim’s products.
